(SuperCoolFool)</title><description>  My abs work out is MUCH more intense than ol' 8 packs. Why the hell don't I get the resaults he does?! I know I'm young... But does that really matter with abs? People tell me that we all have six packs only fat is covoring it up... I have allmost no fat on my stomach. Heres my ab work out. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  It's simple but intense. &lt;br&gt;  Crunches, 100x5 &lt;br&gt;  Sit ups, 100x3+ &lt;br&gt;  1-2 min rest between sets. &lt;br&gt;  I usually rest 1-2 days a week. &lt;br&gt;  I've been doing this for a month or two. I have a 4 pack and that's all! Is it becuase I'm only 13 years old?
