(fatboymuscle)

OK. I read through these answers and I will tell you what worked for me.

I was 265 LB, size 40 pants, they were starting to get small so I thought I had better loose fat. I am now a size 34 but can fit in a size 33 if I want to look fat. I also weight around 215 now, but I have way more muscle so I really don’t care about the weight just the body appearance. I am currently shooting for a SIX-PACK abs.

I did easy cardio to start, walking for 30 min a day. After I started to feel better I upped my cardio, and started to lift weights.

Supplements are not a requirement. I would check with your doctor before you take anything that will unnaturally up your metabolism (I have high blood pressure that has been normal after I lost the weight)

But clean up the diet, STOP BEER if you drink, and drink only moderately if you must do it. I used to drink REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY ALOT.

I did notice when I combined my cardio with weight training I started to lose fat better.

If you do decide to take a fat burner, IT WILL ONLY WORK IF YOU EXERCISE!!!!!

Good luck, keep us posted on your progress.

RE: Need help losing weight fast! (marine545)

Thats a good one, I know I look alot better. The only thing I use is this thing they have at the gym to figure out my body composition, I dont think it works that well.
Whats the best type of full body split
RE: Need help losing weight fast! (marine545)

I have lost 5 pounds(couldve been more i didnt really change my diet) in the last week and stayed at the same strength by focusing a little more on my cardio and a little less on my strength training. (danmirage)

Cardio is the only thing that matters, you should still lift weights but you should approach cardio like everyone else approaches chest and biceps

This is not correct!

The fastest and most effective weight loss is either through muscle gain or a combination of muscle gain together with moderate cardio!

That means resistance training is an essential part of your fat loss program.
Start easy!!!!

With the right diet and training you could start dropping up to 2 pounds a week adn it could be more if you need it to be!

It is no problem once you know what you are doing...the confusion is just that all the info we tend to hear is backwards!!!

You ready to start dropping pounds?
RE: Need help losing weight fast! (marine545)

Supplements are a must, but if you insist on staying off its gonna be harder. I run six days a week now ive lost ten pounds in the last two weeks eating exactly the same thing. Cardio is the only thing that matters, you should still lift weights but you should approach cardio like everyone else approaches chest and biceps

RE: Need help losing weight fast! (bodybuilding is life)

Well if your not too obese you can walk jog or run. If your too obese you can always swim. swimming is perfect ofr obese people because its not as much pressure on your joints. You can also get a little trampilene or do some danceing. I don't know those are jsut a few examples. Tell me what youve been doing, how much you weigh, like Rza said.
