I will be 17 in November, get in atleast 45 mins of fast pace bball games a day after school and before I lift. I'm doing Max OT workouts right now, and for the next 8 weeks, but once that is over and ball season gets here, I'd love to know a good workout to keep me in shape. Not weight training really, somethin mainly cardio but thats meant to strengthen the parts of the body that get the most stress playing basketball, ankles, knees, etc?
