Not only strongest but you bench about 120lbs+ then the kid thats holding the record right now.

Joshua Grant 181lbs, age range 18-19 holds the bench press record at 325lbs

and Jeff Sussman holds the 200lbs record in 20-23 age range with 429lbs.

which shows your stronger in everyway possible

I dont think none of yall wanna go on a whos right battle with me.

threads like this always go out of control with dummys that claim to be king kongs so ima handle it.

Junior 20-23
Jeff Sussman 429 (99)

RE: How much Ya bench (Ben)

WHY THE F**K ARE YOU ARGUING WITH HIM. IM AMAZED THAT HE CAN DO THAT. IF YOU HAVE SEEN HIS PICTURE ON HIS PROFILE YOU CAN SEE HIS PEC DEFONITION. NOW YES WHEN I FIRST READ HIS LITTLE POST THING I WAS A BIT SHOCKED. BUT WHO CARES HES STRONG, BUILT, OR WHATEVER. DOES IT EVEN MATTER IF HE CAN OR CANT BENCH THE WEIGHT. IF HE CANT HOW WILL YOU EVER KNOW.

RE: How much Ya bench (twistedlink)

Well isaac nesser is in the guiness world record books so i personally feel he's the biggest bencher bodyweight wise...

Them other guys...why arent they in the guiness world records then?
Them people(guiness guys) do do research you know.

Maybe it's because they can't actually physically prove it.

It's like the tallest man used to 7'11" i think, then that leonid stadnik or something like that was 8'4" but hated it and didnt like being measured so it took years before guiness records could OFFICIALLY state he was actually the tallest.

Like these guys, they obviously havent physically shown it-or theyd be in the book

And no offence

but i'l take an official worldwide distributed book over the internet ANYDAY

P.S. benching 645 at a weight of 161...

161lbs unless he is a midgit-is ****ing skinny, with not much muscle or tensile tendons to help do exercise.
his bones would crumble, simple as.

Not only this but ironraider...How many bench topics have there been?
How many times have people been mocked for saying they can bench silly amounts of weight bodyweight wise?

Yet every single time that has happened you didn't post the information you just have...

Maybe even GK would have been welcomed it you'd posted that earlier.
RE: How much Ya bench (Kang114)

 thanks ironraider...
lists go on and on.

nevertheless, my claims dont mean sh*t until i post pics. i know this so i wont sit here and try to 'prove' anything by talking.

i will post pics. maybe not of a max(i test my max once every 3-4months) but ill post pics of my usual workout(405lbx3)
RE: How much Ya bench (ironraider52)

The world record is not 2.4 times body weight. For one Marcus Schick benched 645 at a weight on 161...thats 4.92x his body weight. Gene Rychlak weight about 350 benched 1005 lbs. All time world record that right there is 2.87.

RE: How much Ya bench (Kang114)

lol blah blah isaac nesseR etc etc

BULL****.
2.4times your bodyweight isnt the world record. how you ask? because i was at bench of america's competition 2 years ago.
hmmm...lets see, a 140lb woman benched 405 for the world record

a 112lb asian man(kinda old too) benched 315.

now unless my math is off, thats 3x the bodyweight. not to mention the hats and tshirt memoribilia they were selling which had the motto "3x over" all over them.

and btw, IM SORRY. I AM NO LONGER 185. TO CLEAR EVERYTHING, I HAVE BEEN BULKING FOR THE LAST MONTH. I AM CURRENTLY 200LBS.

and yes, i will have pics up soon. as for my body? at 185 i was pretty thin, not twiglike, but thin.

RE: How much Ya bench (Boomer05)

i'd like to see some pics too.. i'm the same size as you and 300 is heavy to hold

RE: How much Ya bench (twistedlink)

you're benching 2.4 times your weight

World record is by Dr isaac nesser at 840lbs bench and he weighs 350lbs when he did it, thats also at 2.4

youre saying you can match a world record holder who has trained for like 20 years of his life??

You might be able to "bench" 445lbs, by that i mean let it down and put it up quickly without doing full form

lowering it taking 3 seconds down to your chest (or 1-2 inches to the chest as sometimes your arms hurt too much) keep it there for 1 second, and lifting up to the top taking 3 seconds...

proper bench form like that, without a spotter helping you..??

pics...well...

youre 6'1" at 185lbs

My physics teacher after christmas got to 180lbs (or 13 stone as he said) and kept going on about losing weight, and he was a TWIG at that weight given his height(same as yours).
Most people above 6ft need a good 170-200lbs of weight to look lean, 220lbs+ to be real big.

RE: How much Ya bench (Kang114)

haha hey twistedlink, what does that mean? im lying? lol im not going to argue anything. i know my claims are worth anything. which is why ill put pics up soon! exactly! ****smile and wave, smile and wave.....***

RE: How much Ya bench (twistedlink)

 bench: 445lb
bodyweight: 185lbs

Just smile and wave...smile and wave...don't start anything...
breathe...breathe...

RE: How much Ya bench (Guest)

Im17 12th gradeperping forcollege football im 220 and im doing:

330 Benchpress
580 squat
500 deadlift
275 cleanand jerk
RE: How much Ya bench (footballwbtsa)

Im 15 yrs old and i have 290 pounds as a bench press max

RE: How much Ya bench (Kang114)

 445lbs right here(2rep max)

ive never done a complete ONE REP max but 2 reps is pretty intense for me.

id like to get to 500 before this summer though.
RE: How much Ya bench (twistedlink)

135lbs last try, which was AAAAGES ago and i havent benched in...a month?
