Anyway, I recommend using a piece of wood or brick, or elevate yourself on stairs' steps. Do one leg calf raises.  &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Goes like this: &lt;br&gt;  If you're working your right calves, hold a dumbbell with your left hands and support yourself to a wall or something similar with your right.
