ive done 5 day splits sicne i started(EXACTLY 1 YEAR AGO) , i just went from M-TRI'/CHEST T-ABS W-BACK/BI T-LEGS F-SHOULDERS/ABS S-OFF S-OFF did this for like 11 months , switched exercises tho then did M-BACK/CHEST T-ABS W-ARMS T-LEGS FRI-SHOULDERS S-OFF S-OFF now if switched back to doing them the first way with chest/tris ect. i actually likes doing back and chest together and arms , cuz id look all pumped in the gym hahaha but i recently took a week off when i got back ot it i lost alotta stregnth , and found myself exhuasted ,which i why i went back to the other arrangement. anyway my gains are not to bad , just oo much fat with it , i want the big chest like everyone does.. i just saw in the critique section this guys routine in a year i was wondering what u guys think about me doing it , it seems alittle fishy he said his was M-CHEST BACK T-ARMS----LEGS IN P.M W-CHEST BACK T- ARMS LEGS IN PM 3 DAYS OFF AND DOES ABS EVERYDAY SEEMS LIKE THERE WOULDNT BE ALOTTA TIME TO HEAL I KNOW I TAKE AWHILE BUT IM EAGER TO GET MAJOR RESULTS , SHOULD I TRY THIS ROUTINE?
