im joined the team at my uni i dont think im doing bad compared the rest of the freshman u PL'ed through HS current near comp. maxes I believe
all full gear
****ty to me but i can make alot progress by my senior year

Bench(shirt) - 275 lbs
Squat- 370 lbs
Deadlift-425 lbs

Anyone on the PL team in the states in college?

I joined the lifting team at Clemson.  We don't compete as a team or anything, but a couple of us go compete individually (my first one was 2 weeks ago).  I don't think we have enough people interested in competing to make a team.

First Competition

Squat
325lbs 3 White lights
360 lbs  3 white lights
385 lbs 2 white 1 red

Bench
245 3 White lights
275 x 2 (F)

Deadlift
365 lbs 3 white lights
405 lbs 3 white lights
425 lbs 3 white lights

Man, doing comps is awesome! I did better than what I was projected to do on squat which I was projected to do 325,350,370 but i did better than that. Bench was just horrible and really exceeded my expectations with deadlift.

whats your training regimen like?

Follow the Westside protocol.... it would work better if you can get a hold of bands, chains, etc....
