8/25 well lets see after work i was being a little b!tch and only ran 1 mile. couldn't find my stop watch so i dont have a time for you. this is the first time i've ever kept a written log of what i do, im trying to keep my reps in the 8's. so if you see me jumping around a lot with weight thats why. i will judge my progress on how much more weight i can do while keeping 8 reps. 8/26 back/bi back pullups (warmup) 1. 8 2. 3 hammer strength lat pullover 1. 150 x 8 2. 150 x 8 3. 160 x 6 DB rows 1. 65 x 8 2. 65 x 6 3. 60 x 8 military press 1. 150 x 6 2. 140 x 6 3. 130 x 8 seated cable row 1. 110 x 8 2. 120 x 8 3. 120 x 8 bi hammer curls (after this and my back workout my arms were pretty much done) 1. 35 x 8 2. 35 x 6 3. 30 x 8 4. 30 x 8 straight bar curl 1. 65 x 6 2. 60 x 6 3. 55 x 8 DB curl 1. 25 x 8 2. 25 x 8

ok so yesterday 9/3/05 i went for a 2.5 mi. bike ride which is'nt really anything special. i just got the bike and wanted to test it out. its been like three days since i went to the gym so i'd say its time to get my happy a$$ back in there tonight! i think i will do abs. normally i do abs with legs but im not doing legs because tomorrow im going on a REAL bike ride and maybe a ruck march with my friend. (training for Ranger School)

ok so, i went for about a 4 mile bike ride. not to intense though. just constant peddling. then when i was done i packed up 35lbs. into my ruck and went 4 miles in just under an hour..probably like 50-55min. and if your in the military thats smoking fast considering i had to stop to take care of a few blisters.
