risking it? - Sunday, October 01, 2006 1:57 AM
I'm 16 and a sophmore in highschool, and a devout lifter. After researching plenty of supplements, I noticed most suggest not to take them if you are under 18. I recently starte dtaking a creatine supplement and I'm curious as to if there are risks.

some people will say that its bad some will say its good. personally creatine is a great supplement and can result in good gains. just dose it as it says on the bottle and dont go overboard and you wont run the risk of injury. creatine is like anything else TOO much can be harmful, but when i say too much i mean like 20 fold of what the label recommends. youll be fine.

An average male human has 90 grams of creatine in them, another 15-30 grams wont do much damage, and the body will start filtering off excess creatine as long as you dont take too much like ado said. I personally dont see how supplementing something your body already has as dangerous, as long as the dose isnt lethal, and creatine isnt lethal unless overdosed with little amounts of water.
Thats right guys, sugars in fruits are bad, they are simple sugars which will make you FAT, I mean we all know monkeys eat mainly fruit and look! THEYRE VERY FAT!

Yeah, just don't overdose on it and you will be fine. A kid that goes to a rival highschool got put in the hospital because he took like 15x as much as you are supposed to and his organs started to shut down. Just follow the directions and you will be fine.
