Hi: I'm facing a problem. My right upper arm (deltoid) is 0.25 inches bigger than my left. same is the case with my (right) 'area just below the elbow' [sorry, don't know what it's called]. it is also 0.25 inches bigger than it's left counterpart. I am new to weight training and for the past month I've just been using machines (pull down, chest, etc.) and simultaneous dumbbell curls (for my biceps). since everything is 'simultaneous', I figure while doing my work-out (eg: pull downs) my right part is more stronger and does about 60% of the work while the left does only 40% of the labour. could this be the reason? [btw, I do the same number of dumbbell curls for my right and left arm..and they are simultaneous as mentioned above] what can I do to rectify this?? Is there a way to strap some weights to my right arm so it's harder for my right arm to lift..or should I continue doing my work-out with machines, etc. with my left arm for a while? I'm really worried. please advise. Thanks!

dont worry about it everyone starts out with uneven strength. peoples dominant side can be up to 30% stronger than the nondominant side. after working out for a while itll even itself out
