resistance bands

i've seen them in my gym, they are different colors and different resistances. they would be advantageous because my rents want to "work out" because they want to be more healthy and i dont want them using free weights because i dont trust them. Also, my gym finally found out today that i haven't been paying since april and took away my pass so i cant use their cables. So i could use them to simulate the movement... so if anyone has a link or something i'ld be grateful

Are you looking for just some general fitness Resistance bands? These will be NOTHING compared to real equipment... but I did get a great pump by using them once when I traveled... Resistence Bands These are NOT the type you see the powerlifters using on bench press and such.. those are much different. These are just general fitness bands.. not meant to make you HUGE..
