I remember a few years back I got addicted to those, I drank a whole pack in less than a few hours (24 pack!) lol, but anyways, no. They are good if you wanna stay up all night, but they have no nutritional value, its pretty much all sugar and caffine.

I'm a professional wrestler, and you should see how many guys are chasing hydroxycut with Red Bull in the back before a match. I'm worried one of them is going to die in the ring someday... Of course, I doubt that is the least of their worries...

Try XS energy drink by nutrilite. It is sugar free, tastes good is packed with vitamins and has some aminos.

Personally I thought Rockstar Diet was the best tasting diet drink. Red Bulls are only useful when mixed with vodka. If I ever drink energy drinks again (I used to love those damn things when I went to a lot of techno/drunNBass clubs) I'd only drink either Rockstar or Rockstar diet... My 2 cents...

The only time I've ever had Red Bull was in a Jagerbomb. It tasted good--- but made you feel hyper and drunk all at the same time... very weird.

Coffee has that same effect on me. After a cup or two, I'm usually ready to pass out, but it's a real restless sleep because of the caffeine.

Haha anyone hear that story a while ago about that kid who drank 11 red bulls and got so HYPED UP he went and robbed a bank? Really goes to show you that different supplements have MAJOR different effects on different people!

Sounds like the kid had no good excuse, or needs a padded room.

Red Bull before a workout helps my energy but it's a trade-off. I already drink a gallon of water a day cause of NO2, and Red Bull works against hydration. I do sort of like the buzzzzzzz....

Stick with green tea, it helps burn fat. Of course, if you want the caffeine buzz you gotta drink four cups of tea for each cup of coffee you might be drinking otherwise.
