Hey Calvin43215; Haven't been on this thread for a while but, I "hear" what your saying. You've got to have a plan when you make a commitment to exercising. It's for your own good and well being. Here's what I do. Maybe, there's something here you can use to benefit yourself. Presently, I'm on a four day split. I make sure I have a night time protein shake and good night’s sleep.
Up at 5:00am.
I w/o at home in the early a.m., between 6-7:30.
I take my supps w/ adequate time before my w/o.
Have my pre-planned routine ready to go, along w/ water, towel and chalk.
Turn my radio on to good EZ listening jazz.
Do my routine w/all the intensity I can.
Try to eat clean as I can.
Plenty of water, Vitamins, Protein shakes and Omega oils throughout the day.
Adequate rest between w/o’s.
There are times when I awake and don’t feel like exercising but, once I get going I’m fine. It seems when I have these off days of not wanting to workout is when I have my best w/o’s.
