i am about to go into holidays so im going to go into intese trainng aimed at increasing strength and size, particualy in squats. monday -leg ME day squats 6x3 hack squat 3x8 glute ham raise 3xf deadlift3x10 pistols with 10kg plate 3x6 15 mins hill sprints tuesday- upper ME bench press 6x3 chin ups 5xf pillitary press 3x8 hanging leg raises 3xf abb rollouts 3xf light jog and stretch wednesday -dynamic leg light lifts focused on speed and power boc squats 6x2 squats 6x2 power cleans 6x2 snatch 6x2 pistols 3xf box jumps 5x5 thursday- repeat tuesday friday -repeat monday sat sunday rest
