really good sandwhich

this sandwhich is really good, definitely try it however one ingredient isnt great for u. its basically like a fixed up grilled cheese sandwhich. this is how my dad makes it..... get bread with turkey or ham on it (actual cooked ham is twice as good) -put honey mustard dressing on it (optional, this is the not so healthy part) -put a piece of cheese or 2 on the top and microwave it all for like 30sec. -with spray toast the sandwhich on the stove like a normal grill cheese and put the other peice of bread on top -flip over and toast the other side with spray/oil -put how much onion powder u want on it thats it. ive never made it but my dads made it for me before and it was really good, if u want it to be 100% ok for u dont have the honey mustard dressing

i try this , i think this is very good idea for make a sandwhich , but i want to know how much calories in that, because i have no need so much calories.
