does anyone get flu symtoms after taking a multi? this happened to me with a basic 1 a day so i got a different one. it worked fine but then i got mega men active and the same thing happens. sore throat, stiff neck, backache. any advice? cosidering aniaml pack but thats alot to take because i use 9-12 NO capsules a day.

maybe you just have a disease or illness right now???
lay off of a multi for a week or two, and see if you feel any better. in 1 or 2 weeks, try them again. if you are still sick, then there is definatly something in the vitamin that you are allergic to.
if that's the case, see a doctor to figure out what you're allergic to, and then see if you can find a vitamin that does not contain that

even though bsn is talked down around here i already had nitrix ordered online and didn't feel like messing with a return. i can def see changes in hardness but i'll prolly do somethin diff when it's empty. just too expensive
