1st one is a side view




2nd one is random, but shows some new chest and lat development




video is me lifting 275 on the incline, had to use smith machine cuz i didnt have a spot...felt pretty light too, it was also after my 1 exercise of my chest workout

i did this,   135 x 12 x 2, 225 x 4, 235 x 4, 245 x 4, 245 x 4, 275 x 1

nice triceps, lats and traps. 

you said the 275 was on smith, but the rest of that chest workout... i'm assuming that was on the smith machine as well?

lookin' good man.   does your camera have a timer on it?  you could take better pictures if it does and set the timer and can do some cool back/ front shots that way.

Most smith's have a 15lb drag.. if so.. it looks like about 175lbs.. 2X45, 2X35 and 15lbs for the drag...
 
Those plates look like they could be 100lbs...

yea i know, next time when i have a spotter ill do it on the regular incline bench..im going to be doing my maxes soon, now at the gym they have a 400lb bench club that ima try and do, im already at the 300lb club

and it didn't look like you got it up that easy.. if that's 175lbs, I seriously doubt you're anywherre near getting up another 100lbs..

if he can bench 300 id say he could very easily incline 175...275 seems possible.

I can do 300 on flat, and only about 235 -240 on incline bb.   you look to have some great triceps though jon, so i'm sure those help out alot.

no there are 2 45's and each side and a 25 so that makes it 230 pounds of weight plus whatever the drag weight of the bar so 245ish i would venture a guess.  It still impressive so i dont by any mean say it isnt, just clarifying

If you say you can then I won't arugue... I was only basing it off the way you pressed the 175lbs.. you did one press and it looked like you hit a weak spot in the middle... but I suppose that could have been your 4th or 5th set.. ? 

Edit.. my bad jon.. I didn't see SK's post about the bar being loaded with 2X45's on each side and 1x25..
