god its so good i pig out on this **** pwo

why do ppl have snack food problems, just buy a huge tub of raisins or somthin tastes amazing and is healthier.

raisins are really calorie dense actually. i mean it would be healthier then eating some snickers but it's still a lot of simple sugars.

i think they taste pretty bad anyway though

Wow I never thought of raisins postworkout...they are quite calorie dense and have a lot of sugar which would be good pwo.  I still like my 2 banana's and whey thoughSmile
