Thursday

Front lateral raises- 3 sets of 10 reps 15lbs

Shoulder Shrugs- 3sets 10reps 60lbs

Deadlifts- 3 sets 10 reps 60lbs

Power Cleans 3 sets 10reps 60lbs

I think I've got a blister on my foot which I noticed when I was out running, not sure what to do about it or why it developed. I'm meant to be playing soccer tomorow but I doubt I will be able to.

Have a problem with shoulders I think it's the rotator cuff so I'm going to stop lateral raises, I'm going to do hang cleans and try to find ways of doing compound exercises that will work my shoulders.
