How are ur workouts going? Did u stick with the workout I gave u. Hopefully u didnt dump it to crumpit. U have to stay on it for like a month a least to start getting ur strength. With that workout, it gets u in shape and puts fast strength on u, but u gotta swith it up every 6-8 weeks like i did, but still have been kinda doing them.

They're going pretty good but im still having trouble hitting those final singles at the end. Remember i said i could bench 195, well i starteed the workout for bench doing 125x6 155x3 and at the end of every workout i tried to hit that 200 but couldnt. now im up to 155x6 and 180x3 and still cant get 200 after the workout. It drives me crazy. Here you are just freaking destroying your workouts and you hit your maxs everytime almost but i cant. Squats too i always find i get lazy with squats. Its so hard for me to get parallel. I think its my knees. Im kinda knock kneed(means they face inwards more)thats why i cant get parallel. But the deadlifts man. Holy crap those are a workout. By the way you got anymore powerlifting techniques/tips you could share with me? Oh yeah, i also just won a bench press competition between the grade tens in my school and i won with a 200 pound bench(i have a small school). Just had to share it with you hehe.

Yeah qwewsxqaz, I stopped doing the maxes after workouts becasue I realized that with this workout u need rest, and maxing and doing 8 sets will pus such a toal on ur body. So I decided that I need to quit doing that and add in more assistance lifts. For my bench I added in pause press (3 count) and decline bench, squat added pause squat (3 count), narrow squat and box squat. Deadlift changed overall reps to 8 sets of 2 and do glute/ham, and the opposite of the stance that I use (conventional to sumo or vice versa. I also do the same stuff i told u from eariler. Me not maxing after wortkout I like becasue I get stronger and not even no it. With my rage X yesterday I hit a clean 345 with ease. I have no idea how my squat is or DL but tat's what meets r for. Good job with the bench comp by the way.
