FINALLY another competitive powerlifter....

Basic weightclasses (some have a 308/319 class but that depends on federation)
114
123
132
148
(if u can total 1000-1200 lbs in these 4 classes ur in good shape)
165
181
198
220
(1100-1400+ is good)
242
275
(308)
(319)
SHW
(these classes anything about 1450 is required to 'win' in a huge contest. But a local meet u should be ok with mid 12's.

I'm glad ur sonsidering this, its a BALL.

Then if u get into it even more u can buy squat suits and bench shirts...thats where the real fun(pain) starts. HAH.

I'm guessing that I would be in the 220 class, I should be at 215 lean this summer, I don't know what my maxs are yet I'm going to hit them this summer, I still want to bulk a little longer, right now I think my lifts would be strong, yesterday was chest and I pushed 265lb for 10 sets of 5 reps, last week on back day I worked up to 295lb for 10 reps on dead, and on my last leg day I hit 275lb for 6 sets of 10-12 squat. I think I should be able to hit about 330lb bench, around 400lb squat, and 425lb+ dead, but we will see what that looks like this summer, I want more so I'll be bustin my ass
