ok i am trying to lose some fat on my abs by dieting and working out and i want to make sure im doin it right, wut does this mean?
Make sure abs are pulled in tight throughout each movement
does that mean flex abs or suck in abs????

Flex usually, I haven;t heard anything about sucking in abs, my neighbor has though and he says while doing "The Bridge" you have to suck it in.
