i read somewhere that ---> 60 kg = 10 grams creatine a day, 61kg - 80kg = 15 grams a day and 81kg - 100+ 20 grams a day is this rite? im 70 kg so i take 15 grams a day but i dont think i should be.

you dont need to take 15 grams a day haha, ten tops, but it also depends on what kind of creatine

Get on CE2. don't worry about that ratio crap. don't take creatine monohydrate it sucks. It cause excess build up outside of your muscle cells. CE2 is an ethyl ester that fully penetrates the muscle cell.

10 grams is fine.. but no more than that unless you're loading or something
