Why not just put hte creatine in a drink? Heating it seems like pushing it to me, but I'm no scientist.

haha weird question. They make protein bodybuilder cookie dough. Look it up and buy that. It will have less fat and be richer in protein and blah blah. Just drink creatine lol no need to turn it into a gourmet item

I've tried a few differenet types of creatine, but now prefer working out with no supplements. You guys should try CR5 PMD makes it, by far the best creatine. Most creatines make me bloat up more than they actually help gain muscle mass. I gained 5 lbs of lean body weight after 2 weeks on it.
Oh and about the cookies they would probably come out tasting like hell, no matter if it ruined the creatine or not.

I wouldn't put creatine in cookies... just seems kinda dumb. But I will say that my roomie was a biochem major, just got  a job with a major pharmacuetical company and he says when you mix creatine with juice heating up will actually help it dissolve better, so it won't just like sit in your stomache.

Just don't like boil the stuff... throw it in the microwave for like 30 seconds.

nah, too much work to just do that..I would rather just pimp the easy stuff and not do all that work..its not like creatine tastes bad.

I don't take the stuff anymore, but I spent a year trying different ones. None of them helped enough to actually be worht the money except for Cr5, and the best part about it is that it's a pill. No taste what so ever, creatine doesn't actually taste that bad though it just feels like someone put sand in your drink.

I know that with CellMass, a CEE by BSN, you're supposed to take it by itself without having anything to eat for about 45 minutes.  It tastes really good, kinda tart but psychologically it makes you think it's getting sucked right your bloodstream.
