 question about conditioning for football

question about conditioning for football - Friday, June 08, 2007 7:29 AM
so yeah i have football workouts mon-thurs for 2 hours each day and we work out for 45 min and than run for an hour one day sprints next day long distance and i know that will get me in shape but my question is...

should i be running on my off days so i can get in better shape so im not pukin after each workout?

see im fine in the weight room because i been lifting real hard in the off season but i never ran long distances and every 2 weeks we have to run 2 miles in 14 min. we ran our first one just yesterday and i was dog tired thought i was gonna die so if you have any advice please help me

keep running and get in better shape and dont eat alot of **** junkfoods
currently gaining weight weigh 145 trying for 150+
bench 225
squat 260
deadlift ?
