Can you do cardio to lose fat but also gain alot of muscle if u do weight lifting as well? cuz i got some fat i want to trim off, but i want to gain muscle to, and i dont want to add more fat on to the fat i have(not alot) so i want to trim it but also get bigger muscle

It's pretty hard to loose fat and gain muscle at the same time. It's way easier to either cut your fat and gain muscle afterwards OR bulk to a certain point and cut your fat. If you still want to do both at the same time, you will need to have a super discipline and have a diet that will over time kill you motivation.
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.

It is possible, but like nic said, you must be VERY discipline in your diet and know your almost exact calorie need. I'm been doing it for over a month now an had great results. But this is cause I been tracking my calories for over a year and eat VERY clean. You must understand maco-nutriants very well, and be so in tune to your body that you know how it responds when you ate them. Then use this knowledge to time your carb intake. I can actually feel how my body responds to certain foods. Tell us how much you wiegh and your height? How long you been training? How long you been tracking your calories?
