I just bought some for those who don't know I'm pretty sure it helps convert Arganine into NOS or something in that area. This shouldn't have any affect on GH levels would it? And what was that other ingriedent that some of u guys took with your Arganine and caffeine before lifting? _______ Malate?(Not creatine Malate) Pretty sure it was something with an M though. That stuff doesn't affect GH either right? so that be a combo right since were not taking heavy amounts of arganine before?

Depending on the price (Pycnogenol can get pricey), I don't really think it's worth it for the N.O. benefits. It's a really good antioxidant otherwise, lots of people take it for that purpose. I wouldn't think it would have an effect on GH levels, but I'm not sure. The other thing you are looking for is Citrulline Malate, which used to come in every N.O. formula, but seems like it's hard to come by now.
