is there such thing as pushing myself to hard when i workout? i know it sounds stupid. but i throw up about 1/5 of the time cause i push myself so hard. i'm trying to bulk up right now so i dont know if thats really bad.is it?

whats your routine look like?...split, exercises, sets, reps, etc?

ive felt like puking a few times, far from normal for me tho...usually from high intensity and quick paced

Could happen if you eat something heavy too close to your workout or maybe if you take a pre workout supp that screws with your stomach.

Usually the worst I feel is right after a high weight high rep set of squats that my spotter will help me do a couple forced reps on. After one of those sets I sometimes cant focus on anything with my eyes for about 10 seconds. A couple times my training partner had to keep me from falling/passing out after I finish the set. But, no, I typically dont ever puke, and I push myself to the extreme......except on ab day lol

ab days and leg days are the two days that i usually throw up.i do a lot of reps and usually after the forced reps is when i get sick. should i cut down and not do the forced reps?
