protien overload - Thursday, September 15, 2005 10:48 AM
I was just wondering if there is anyway to make normal whey protein go down easier in your stomach , I just started  drinking it and I find it hard  because I begin to have a bit of a gag reflex becuase of the thickness. Does this get easier as time goes on or is there any thing you can do or add to make it less thick?

Mix it with water
Use 1/2 of the serving
