im planing to take a protein powder and pple tld me if i wanted to build mass i should take 1-2 grams of protein in my body every day i currently weigh 154 i want to combine this supplemnt with my weightloss product i use since it guruntees that i wont lose any musle mass and i follow a high intesitiy wrk out to help also but i would like to kno if my idea is good enough and what product is the most healthiest to use and price efective since i saw a few supplement stores and they sell serving size of 15 or 20 but its its no way near the amount of protein i want to take

First you need to get the basics in place...before you rely on supplements and magic pills to do your work.

Even if there are anabolic steroids in there they can not guarantee this..it is a lie.

From FOOD sources and a little supplementation..not all in the form of powder.
