ima start cuttin soon and ive never done it before so im a lil shaky. i no i have to cut down my caloric intake but im not sure what to eat. im only 18, i live on my own and im not exactly a fantastic cook. actually, im not even a decent one lol. so i was jus gonna try to lower my carb intake and fat intake as much as possible and eat a diet very high in protein and water.

That works, just make sure you are getting enough calories and you aren't taking in too much protein. Thats the problem I've always had with low carb diets. Where do the calories come from? You can't just eat like 300 grams of protein a day (bad for your kidneys, etc). Not to mention the whole lack of energy thing.
Squat 385, Bench 235, Deadlift 450 @ 181.
