After my lift in the morning, i go right to school. I dont have time for a protein shake so im thinking about taking bars. What would anyone suggest be the best bar at the best cost. Also i heard your not supposed to eat within a certain time before your workout? is this true, and how long should i wait before working out.thanks

Two fast options for a shake.... (that I personally use everyday) 1. Put required powder in an empty shaker, take to gym, post workout fill with cold water to desired level, shake and take. 2. Put required powder in a shaker, add desired level of milk, add a few ice cubes. Take to gym and consume postworkout. easy, simple. Normally better value than buy expensive bars. (they are expensive where I am from)
