protein shake that you dont have to drink so much liquid? - Tuesday, September 02, 2008 2:00 PM

i find it quite hard to drink a pint of milk (with truemass) as i'm still pretty full from the previous shake/meal. are there any protein shakes (weight gainer, like truemass) that need less than a pint to mix well?

I mix my ON 100% whey with 2-3 oz of water in a shaker and it mixes fine.

EDIT: Whoops, that's not a weight gainer   Mix it with water and it wont be as filling

If you don't like to drink it, eat it.  I like to use powders in my oatmeal and other warm cereals.

they have those protein shots that are like 3 oz. and have 40 grams of protein but i think they are expensive
