Use a blender for this one so you can get some tasty froth. This has been the base for my nonwhey protein shakes the past couple of months. I only use whey after workouts because it digests fast and is available for you tired muscles to use. For a quick protein hit because you dont have time for chicken breasts all you need is an egg and a cup of milk. One egg = 6 grams of good quality protein and 1 cup of milk = 6 grams of protein. I usually use 2 cups of milk and 3 eggs for a whopping 30 grams of natural protein. If you add a scoop of whey this is easily turned into a 50 gram megashake. I usually leave out the whey because I'm poor. When its all blended up the drink tastes like a big glass of milk so feel free to add in any extra ingredients for flavor. Like...vanilla extract and honey/sugar/nutrasweet. I use chocolate milk syrup and strawberry syrup. It's delicious. Give it a try before you gag.
No, I'm not on steroids but thank you for asking.
