im 5'10" 165lbs and have been lifting for 8 years and am stuck. i bench 255 squat 370. what type of stack do i need to push me over the top. i think because i have wrestled my whole life that it has stunted my muscular growth. any info would be most help full. im not wanting illegal dosages naviator. im 20, strict diet, no supps (season just ended), legs and abs, chest and tri's, back and bi's, then rest. thanks smitty99

This forum is not for the purpose of recommending dosages of illegal substances. It is to educate anyone that is interested in the effects of prohormones. Gun, if you can't follow the rules, you are going to get booted. Marc is not going to put up with this nonsense. Wrestler149, if you want advice on what prohormones to take, find another forum.

There are many ways to add muscle without PH's. In reality you did not ask for PH's specifically so I won't comment. However, you left out your age, diet, current supp's if any, and current workout routine. Suply this and let's see what we can come up with.

I recommended 1-Ad and Animal Stak
if he chooses to not do anything illegal, he should not post in the pro-hormone section, even entitling his post "prohormones"
for anything LEGAL he actually does have a choice of animal stak.

1-AD is illegal in the U.S.
While I'm sure you can get it... I would highly recommend you don't. No point in starting down that path.
Heard a lot of good things about Animal products though by Universal Nutrition.

Animal Stack is a big ****: a lot of pills and no effective substances poorly enveloped. A waste of money...
A good training plan, nutritional habits, and planned recovery is all you need. Only farmaceutical multivitamin and antioxidants can make the difference.
