 prohormone gains

i have a question i havent seen up here yet?.......forgive me if it is........but when i finish a cycle of a prohormone what of the gains will i maintain if i do not go back and use it again?

It depends on a bunch of different variables (genetics, training, nutrition, etc).
From what i have experienced, if i continue to train as when i was on a prohormone, the loss was minimal, if any. If your diet is good and you train like an animal then you are probably not going to notice much, but if you stop and hit the couch then you will lose a lot. Continue to train like there is no tomorrow and you should be fine.

Well you can keep most of your gains with proper PCT and bumping up the calories once you have finished your cycle.

Also you don't want to continue working out like you are still on a cycle. You want to lower the intesity and keep your work outs under 45 minutes. One of the reasons for this is to keep cortisol levels down.

* Bump up calories.
* Drop intensity, drop volume, keep weights high, stay away from training to failure
* Increase EFAs especially flax and fish oil
* Use a post cycle aid like 6-oxo
* An E/C stack will help as well.
