prohormone advice

hey everybody!
Thinking of starting to supplement with ph, but dont know what to start with.
I have a lot of questions, like which are the safest phs to use?Or which are the really potent ones?Should i stack them with an anti-estrogen supplement?How possible is to experience any bad side-effects and how to avoid them?
Please help me out.Thamks!

I personnally haven't tried PH's but from what I've heard and read the number one statement to anyone taking these PH's is if your not 21 or over, one should not be taking these products because if your under 21 your body is still naturally growing. Taking these products while under age may present an imbalance of your entire system. However, if your over 21, would suggest you review the manufactures suggestions of PH's and stacks. Also, possibly one or more of the DB.com moderators may have their professional opinions about these products. Peace
