well, i'm sixteen and i've been lifting weights for like....four months and i've seen great results...I think. Before I started I benched 135, now I bench 160. Squat 210, now 255. All my strengths have gone up and i've gained a good amount of mass, just wanted to know how everybody else is doing... and another question, how long do you'll guys bulk for? I did it for three months.I got good results and I only went up in body fat by one to three percent.

Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.

Well, I can do 160 lbs for one or two reps. and in squat I can do 255 three or four times...on a good day. Clear it up?

1 rep max. a set for a max of 255 would consist of about 200-220 pounds to go to 10
