Still new to the community here, been lurking mainly, other than my couple of other posts - but wanted to thank y'all - I've put on 5 lbs of muscle (from 135 to 140) in the past month or so by following the advice on here, mainly as regards diet/nutrition, so thank you very much! 
 
Its strange for me, my chest has always pretty much been skin over ribs, with no muscle, and now I actually have some substance to my pecs (as well as other muscles, but that is most noticeable).
