Hey guys...
 
Sorry about the quality of the pics/angles ill get someone to take some properones, just took a few tonight
 
Anyway the progress is over a 4 month period with just whey protein supplementation and a change of diet. Eg more chicken, Meats etc etc
 
Before 76kg 9%bf, Now 92kg about 10-12%bf

Damn it...i need a proper photo program on here, i cant workout how to resize them all properly. AAArrghhh

nice progress

you should take pictures "cold"... and not directly after working out.  it would be a much better comparison since the before picture was "cold" as well.

Big difference....nice shoulder shape as well. Agreed pics should be taken cold, but you're still lookin good.

Started HST on 5/11/08
Lowered bench press weight by 50lb
and 60lb for lat pull for HST

could just be low body fat. i would guess it could be right after his workout but my brother (being tan and having low body fat) can just bend over for a few seconds to get more blood in his arms and he'll look like he just worked out too

you're right david. i don't know for sure.  but i'm willing to bet 90% that the picture was taken very recently after lifting

hey people, here is a few more...These were taken over about half a dozen beers on our bike riding trip away..Hence the trippy pants lol. All are cold... eg 9 deg c LOL. I have put on a bit of bf since last time, im guessing about 15-16% Here? I have been finding it hard to get the time to head in to the gym as of late :o( Next week ill start back with a new program !!! yay

i got so many in my forearm, like 3 in my bicep, 2 in my shoulders and one in my chest that shows cold, low bf with muscles will do that to you...looks cool too

thanks guys... i broke my left wrist on the weekend and its in a cast for the next 8 weeks. :o( does anyone know how it will effect me, if i eat good foods will i still loose heaps of weight?..i can still train my legs/abs but its mt shoulders and arms that will loose out. cheers
