there are a few things you can do to grow taller.
1. hang on to something.. when you workout, as a stretch, hang on to a pull up bar for 25 seconds. (also stretch before and after workouts, when you wake up and before you go to sleep.)
2. get lots of sleep.. you grow when you sleep, it works for muscle and it works for bones..

getting taller...i'm sure there's a setting for that on YOUR 'bowflex' you have in the garage. LOL
