probiotics - Tuesday, July 15, 2008 8:19 PM
so when ur on a bulk and u significantly upp ur calorie intake it has an affect on ur gastrointestinal track from what i understand. i have heard some people say that they take probiotics because they help your body break down and digest foods which translates into better absorption of nutrients. so my question is, is this really viable? do any of u actually take probiotics?

Try doing a daily yogart. The active cultures actually help with the gas, in a natural way.

Yeah, try that first.

Probiotics are natural but they are generally used for more extreme treatments rather than helping digestion during a bulking diet.
