pre/post workout supps?

well my parents wont let me take anything but whey (which tbh other than creatine i really dont wanna take anything else) so i was wondering i should take a scoop before and after workouts right? Also on non workout days should I drink whey?And if so when?

IMO, IT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT SUPP IN BODYBUILDING. sure, it doesn't instantly make you big, but it lays down a solid base to build everything else off of. explain the importance of a multivitamin, and all the benefits it has for your body. the "well would you rather me take steroids" argument ALWAYS works hahaha

its not too bad although there are plnety of other things to spend money on like plain creatine and whey or making your own supps with bulk ingredients

what is exactly the multi vitamin and fish oil you guys talk about. i read it in other posts also and got myself multi vitamin capsules (having once a day after breakfast) and seven seas sea cod caps (one morning and one night). is that it?

Multi Vitamins are essential in muscle growth as well as overall body health, they are great for you. Same with fish oil.

i just wanted to know if these are the same multi vitamin and fish oil (cod oil) capsules that you can buy from any drug store or some special ones? as i read somewhere ppl talking about these in liquid form. just wanted to be sure that what i'm taking is right. am i having the right dosage? Also what is BCAA. where can i buy some?
