well my parents wont let me take anything but whey (which tbh other than creatine i really dont wanna take anything else) so i was wondering i should take a scoop before and after workouts right? Also on non workout days should I drink whey? And if so when?

even on workout days you want to take one when you wake up.  buy some casein protein, and take one before bed of that

you do want to take a shake about an hour or two before you work out and one immediatly after you work out

and yes, take them on your off days too

talk to them about buying a multivitamin.  IMO, IT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT SUPP IN BODYBUILDING.  sure, it doesn't instantly make you big, but it lays down a solid base to build everything else off of.  explain the importance of a multivitamin, and all the benefits it has for your body.

the "well would you rather me take steroids" argument ALWAYS works hahaha

are you trying to cut or bulk?

if you're cutting, take one when you wake up, one as a midafternoon snack, and a casein shake beforeyou go to bed

for me, when i'm bulking, i take one when i wake up, and the other two whenever i want

Multi Vitamins are essential in muscle growth as well as overall body health, they are great for you. Same with fish oil.

what kind of multi vitamin do you have?

BCAA's are Branched Chain Amino Acids.  you can buy them at GNC or vitamin shoppe
