quick healthy snacks to boost your protien level, and overall level are good to do...as stated above... Now, if your on creatine...eat a good amount about an hour to hour and 1/2 before you start working out and use the rest of that time for the food to start or if you have a holy crap fast metabolism and get hungry in 30 minutes after eating a christmas dinner like me, then an hour is good....take your pre-workout creatine 20-30 minutes before working out and have at it with the weights...
