i ate this yesterday because was in a rush lean beef patty 2 slices wheat bread 1 potato, i microwaved it, tastes the same onions+tomato reduced fat mayo i didnt have time to sit down and eat it so i put the potato in the sandwich, it tasted pretty good....its a good way to get some carbs in too i took some tuna salad...mayo,celery,onions,tomato...and just put it on 4 oz of some wheat pasta, i did that last night for dinner after my workout, it tasted pretty good too
