I'm coming off a 6 week cycle of the following: 3 weeks 1-T by BSN followed by 3 weeks 1-AD by Ergopharm while taiking V12 and whey the entire time I was wondering what you guys would recommend taking as im coming off my cycle. I've been taking alpha lipoic acid to reduce liver enzymes, and I've got a bottle of Chrysin to be estrogen blocker. Do you guys reccomend anything else? Also, what supplements are okay to get back on. I'm not gonna get back on a pro-hormone cycle for awhile, but I wanna get on creatine and maybe something else. How long should i wait on that, and if you can reccommend something else for me to take please post it

From what I've heard, it's good to do some PCT, such as 6-oxo to keep your estrogen levels in check while your normal test production resumes.

6oxo is prolly just fine. Chrysin will not hurt. Not really sure it will help. As far as other supplements go, there is no reason to stop using creatine while on cycle. So if you are not using it, you can start anytime. Also, L-Glutimine and the usual multi vits are good to use either on or off cycle. And no you do not need to load up on creatine first week. Just start using it post WO. I have no experience with the PH brands you used, however, if they were not methylated, it is unlikely any significant liver damage occured. ALA is OK, but I would use Milk Thistle if it is a concern of yours. Did you have any blood work done to see if you had low enzymns (sp)? If you do not like the effects (or results) of 6oxo, next time you can try Nolvadex. It is a better estrogen inhibitor (it blocks the receptors). And it is a little less expensive than 6oxo. Your PCT should be the same duration as your cycle (this is a general statement - and is a good rule of thumb).

no, I didnt have any blood work done. I had just read that taking prohormones will raise liver enzymes and aLa can help go against that. I took it more as a precautionary measure. So I should get some Nolvadex and take that with my Chrysin?

I feel you are OK with what you have. I am assuming the PHs you used were not methylated. So your liver should be OK. Methylated drugs are very hard on the liver. For a while I did not do any PCT with 1-T (non-methylated). However, it is a precaution to do some kind of PCT. If it is easy for you to gain fat/weight then I would consider Nolvadex next time. If you do not have the 6oxo yet, then yes I would get some Nolvadex. Just a side comment - It is a good practice to have your PCT stuff on hand before you start your cycle. I have not read the stickies at the top of this forum. If you are relatively new to PHs I suggest you read them. I am sure there is some great info there.
