Not sure, but it's either muscle or water? I grew taller though, but I have no idea. I've noticed improvements in legs, traps, chest, and lats. Can't tell for shoulders, but it looks bigger and my arms grew a cm. I'm an ecto btw, so I doubt I gained much fat, haha. Could be water. ORIGINAL: boomersooner1331 just make sure you get the right kinds of food and are you sure that all that weight you've gained is muscle?

My friend gained 6 lbs in 2 weeks, but he took creatine and said he gained a bit of fat. Mostly water? He went through the loading phase, and then he took some every 2 days cause he kept forgetting.

6 pounds in two weeks would have to be fat as a large majority of it. most people are lucky to gain 1/2 pound of muscle every week

That's exactly what I told him, haha. Also, I've been eating really healthy (lean chicken and such) since my bro is buying food for me if I eat with low fat low sugars.
