ORIGINAL: Baseball22 Wow you have a 49.5" chest and 19.5" arms and only weigh 254lbs? What is your bodyfat that you need to cut? and he is 6'5" good point lol, but hey you never know he could not work legs at all  .

sounds like most of your muscle is in the upper body zultan. great job on starting to work the legs. neglecting them will only get you SO far... trust me, i was the same way. you'll see great gains once you get your foundation (legs) caught up to where your upper body is at

Hahaha you must have some serious bird legs. Just hit the squats up and you will see some great gains in your legs. Hopefully you don't have the same problem with your calves that I do. I'm 6'8" and my calves are around 16.5" and they look so skinny cuse my long legs. Good luck and dont negelct your legs.
