Lunges are good for your leg and surrounding muscles. Try looking into squats and deadlifts too. Those are really good exercises. Btw, I was just wondering what your height was. At 16 I weighed 120 lbs and I'm 5'11" 3 months later im 137. If you have the same height and stuff I could probably msg you my workout routine, it's worked quite well. Also, try and get a 100% whey protein supplement. You will need protein in order to feed your muscles and gain mass. Try to eat protein rich foods as well, and in general, eat A LOT.

Squats and deadlifts are better than lunges- Although lunges are a great exercise too. Squats and deads involve way more muscle though, so they're great for building overall strength and size.
