hey every1.This is my 1st post.Well i am about 125 pounds.My age is 18.I have tried all kinds of abdominal exercises but cannot make my abs visible.Pleaswe tell me a diet plan which would take the extra fat off by belly and make my abs visible.Please tell me specificaly what to eat in what quantity and when and how many times a day.
PLEASE help me with my problem.

Just wondering if you have seen the post on All About Abs

A lot of the 6-pack stuff comes from your diet. And not just eating clean, but really killing off the fat. As in down to the 6-8% range.

There' s some good info in this thread, but I would suggest that you take a close look at your training routine, your nutrition, and then look in the Online Training Journal forum.

See the examples.. Post your own journal. You may get some interesting feedback there as people can critique your routine better if they have all the facts.

You are asking a very frequently asked question that requires some in-depth knowledge of what you are doing today to obtain the results you want.

As you already seem to know, a visible 6-pack is not just crunches and ab work, but really comes down to your diet and lowering the body-fat so low that it really shows.

Men carry their weight around the mid-section. So it' s the last place to go.

I hope this answers your question a bit and points you in the right direction for more information.

i' m new here as well, and I want to echo what i' ve been told and read about - Sixpack is ALL about diet.

I would suggest trying to increase your meals to 5/6 a day. Cut out ALL the sugar (like the candy) and loss the pasta. Basically you want to burn fat and eating food with a high GI will slow down that process.
